Motochrome paint... anyone out there used it?

My brother is restoring a 1940 Zephyr... and he ran across Moto Chrome paint. It looks like chrome plating from what I can read and see online but I would be interested to know if anyone out there has used it.

Krylon makes a very good paint for re-silvering mirrors... and if this Moto Chrome works like touted... then I may need to try it too.
