Here are some of my pictures taken on the New England Tour. These shots were taken with my cell phone so they are not the worlds best. I'm sure there will be duplication that others have already posted. This was really a great and fun filled tour for me! Anyone who did not make this one missed a really good time. I met and traveled with some super nice folks. Charlie Stevens did a very good job as our organizer and tour guide. (Charlie, It was not your fault that some of us kept getting lost;):D:)) If you have never seen the scenery in that part of our country, it is spectacular and breath taking to say the least. I'm ready to go back to NE and spend more time there. J.M.

BTW...That's Ol' Ron's Model A pictured above. It is for sale at what I would consider a really good price, so talk to Ol' Ron if you are interested, and maybe you can be the next owner.

Hey how come both Chuck and John have pictures that I didn't get? I wonder where that church was, and the lake that John got? It really was a lot of fun, Chuck.

Gee. How did did we get different pictures? I think cause was separation. I stopped for gas at a one pump general store. Suffered vapor lock about 200 yards after leaving while taking a short cut I was tipped off to. Hence the picture of the truck and the church. The trip was definately fun and I'll do it again.

Hey Chuck:

I think John M. had his own tour going on the side.:D:D:D
What do you think?

Bill, I'm not sure what really happened :D. I was driving along enjoying the beautiful scenery, feeling real happy that my car was running perfectly and then in a flash Chuck L had disappeared and it wasn't long after that I was alone with no other old Fords in sight . Someone mentioned they felt like we were in the Twilight Zone and had slipped into some other dimension ;) It's a good thing I had my GPS with me and had pre-wired it to work on 6V positive ground. It found the way for me twice and got me back home in 7 hours. J.M.

JM I cannot figger out why the trains nose is down ?

Ted, As Chuck mentioned in his post, that steam engine pushes the passenger car up the side of the mountain using a cogged wheel drive system. The angle keeps the boiler level. However, they also have a newer biodiesel engine now that does not need to operate at that angle. We chose to go with the old steam engine pushing us up. It was quite a ride! J.M.
