more on motor mount replacement

Thanks to all who responded to my post on motor mount replacemet for my "G" series six. I am near the end of the job, having the bolts to the
frame out and the ones to the engine just started to loosen. I should have expected that as I started to upport the weight of the engine that the springs would cause the body of the car to rise as the weight was removed. I stoped because I don't want to run into an unforseen problem and so the reason the this post. Should I just keep raising the engine and not worry that the spring is forceing the body up?

Keep raising till the motor mount just clears the frame. This is normal for the front end of the car to rise as the weight of the engine comes off the spring.
