More kudos for Snyder's Antique Auto

I phoned in an order this morning and was told Snyder's had everything on my wish list except the main item and the reason I was placing the order in the first place. Without that part (A-3440-S, Radius Ball kit), the other parts on my list would not be needed. The order taker at Snyder's said he would check in the parts room to see if he could put together enough of the kit to be usable. He called back 20 minutes later and said he could supply everything in the kit except the two big nuts. That was fine with me because I have a couple new ones. So, I will get the necessary parts I need, even though the kit is ostensibly out of stock. They could have very easily told me that there was no kit available and left it at that. But the salesperson went the extra mile to ensure I got what I needed.

I usually order online, but I’ve also found Kevin, Don and the rest of the crew (including the very pleasant lady who answers the phone, I have forgotten her name) to be very helpful. I got a defective LED taillight insert a couple of years ago and after some discussion on the phone, including troubleshooting, Kevin shipped out a replacement and a return shipping label immediately. Most folks would wait for the return before shipping the replacement. Excellent service.
 
I agree, Snyder's is one of the best and my #1 go to. My only complaint is their search engine on the online catalog is one of the worst. I find a lot of the time, if I didn't have a hard copy of their catalog to get a part number, I would not be able to find the part I need. Very frustrating.
 
In the past I have worked with Denise. She is very nice to work with and so is the entire staff of Snyders. Mike's A-Fordable is just as good. Snyders is my go-to place due to speed I get the items. Order today, they show up the next day.
 
I have had very good experience with both Snyder's and Mike's. If something is out of stock I will get an email letting me know and offering options if there are any. Both are great companies to work with!
 
I have dealt with Kevin too. He was most helpful and got us through what was otherwise a confusing mess.
 
Snyder’s has received a lot of my money from when I got my first Model A this past August. Mike’s, Bratton’s, and Smith & Jones got a few orders as well, but I’d say that 90% of my catalog parts came from Snyder’s.
 
I used snyders for few years then they changed their website and my account disappeared. If I wnted to continue with them, I had to bcreate a new account. As far as I know, the website has change a time or two again since. That lack of continuity sent me elsewhere.That siad, when I was dealing with them, I had no complaints.
 
I have always had excellent results ordering parts from Snyder's I highly recommend them I have no issues with them I've also used mics Parts with similar results excellent quick shipping No issues.
 
I agree Marshall. they are my go to place. fast efficient and reasonable. hard to get nowadays!
 
I agree fully with Marshall... Snyder's is great to work with and they stock the best made parts they can source!


They will always be my first choice!
 
I called snyders this week to get an idea of where a piece of wood from a kit was to be installed. Kevin called back, told me where it was supposed to go and gave me a website for photo reference.
I'll be calling them tomorrow for the next load of parts needed to get a car back on the road.
