Over one hurdle and lookin at another...
These old fords are not for the faint hearted are they? Ha

Okay... now i cant get my exhaust manifold on the drivers side because the steering box is in the way.. I have tried my 59a stockers and an old fenton Dad had.. ARRRGH

this is beginning to be like marriage!! LOL

8ba in a 32 frame Any ideas? Thanks again guys...

You need a stock '32 LH exhaust manifold or maybe the engine is not the right height at the front? I think a '32 LH is different for the LH '33-'36, but not sure. Red's Headers has headers that will fit flathead in a '32 with stock steering and unsplit wishbones, but that may change to if the elevation of your engine is not right. Someone will probably get you a definitive answer shortly. Great looking car, by the way! I'm enjoying watching the progress.

The original 1932 V8 LH exhaust manifold was flat like the RH, but is a mirror image. It did not have the "woop-de-doo" in it to clear the dipstick like a 33-36. Yes, 32's are like no other...

the fenton can be made to fit by removing some of the material and replacing with a flat steel replacement. The steel can be welded to the cast. this will give enought clearance for the box.

Check the headers from Speedway motors. They have one that clears the Vega box in a 40 for the 8BA motor. It may work in your application.
