More 1934 luggage rack questions

First, thanks to all who helped with pictures and my decision to go with installing a luggage rack. In doing research I'm now wondering what style is correct. In shopping at a few vendors they show the 34 as having a slight arch on the top with a V8 emblem. On page 5-18 in the Restoration manual it shows the rack for 34 with no arch and no emblem. It looks very close to the deluxe racks used on Model A's and perhaps the 32's. So, is either correct? I can't believe the restoration Manual would be incorrect but is there a possibility more then one style was available? Perhaps one was authorized and dealer installed with the other factory installed? :rolleyes:
 
The luggage rack for 1933 and 34 did not have an arch. That was for 1935 with the V8 emblem The 1934 rack was like the 1932, flat on top with stainless strips on the horizontal bars.
