Thanks Rotorwrench for the detailed answer! So Mohair is looks like is a type of velvet sort of open strand designed fabric? Were the old Ford interiors then made from a natural sourced Mohair? I would think today Mohair would be synthetic, but youre saying there are still people making Mohair from sheep or more specifically goat hair?
Ive found a really high quality and affordable source for Broadcloth. I used it to upholster my trucks bench seat.

There are no synthetic fibers that will equal the qualities of well milled mohair material. If looking at and feeling the surface of the real stuff, then a person can tell for themselves that it is truly luxurious.
