Model T Model A Hartung estate auction

ok , what did this man do for a living to have bought all these items??? Some of these pieces must of cost a pretty penny! That white BMW and the Edwards a 1950 pebble beach winner??? Even that twin hood Lincoln...
 
He was a junk collector/scrapper. He knew a lot of people and a lot of people knew him...something the sociologists would call "social capital."

I collect a lot of junk [people would say:p] and as a side job scrapper [ dumpster rental] but never came across anything that did need keeping [just melt the metal's down].."O" maybe one day...l.o.l.:D
 
He was a great man and he loved model A's His favorite was late 31. I have
pictures of his many cars he had back in the 50's Im trying to write a scrap book
 
It's a good thing that this hoard will be broken up and the cars will have a chance to be restored and back on the road again.
