Model T filler necks

Hello all. Are both of the necks in the photo Model T? The shorter one is a casting and quite heavy. Thanks for any info.

The one on the right would be Ford Model T. The lefthand one, could be off a T replacement aftermarket T radiator of replacement aftermarket neck.
