I'm experimenting with timing to get a smooth idle with no stalling at stop signs.
Model B distributor, Model B engine, Model A carburator. 6:1 high compression head.
Will I damage the engine running at 0 degrees advance at idle, 12 degrees advance at high speed ?

You will loose power and overheat the engine. Give it about 12 at idle and 23 at speed.
