Model B float spring

I need help putting the float spring back in my B carb. I thought I had it memorized on how it went but I forgot it after a phone call. Any one have a drawing or picture on how it should go? Thanks, Art

I don't have a picture, but the conventional wisdom is that you don't need the spring unless you are using a fuel pump as with a Model B engine.

It is my understanding, that unless you are using a fuel pump, you don't really want to use that spring. i may be wrong........

Funny I just re-installed mine today. The link to Vinces site that he has given you has a diagram which explains things clearly . Basically the spring assists the float by pushing it up.
