i have a set of modela vicky seats without the adjusters on them can sone one send me a pic of the adjusters it the pin type i have the parts somewhere just need to know what they look like model_A_hotrod@yahoo.com
If its a early 190A then the {REAR} seat adjusters are the same as the 180A[rear up and down]. 2 per seat. 3 " total tall,,, button across dead center is 1-7/16" thread length is 2-3/8 ",, in other words it looks like a threaded carriage bolt but the button is a cap over the head. Cad, plated...A+ L Parts makes them ..If its the front adjuster then its a "L' shapes piece of steel and has 3 holes in it to adjust front and back.
If its a pair of fronts for the 190A ,, then Drivers side is 17'' and pass. side is 16" .180A takes both sides 16". Hard to come by that's why we made a few pairs 4 years back. Hardest part to make was the top bar for the cushion. Legs we cut down from 30/31 Tudor sedan legs. The most i have paid for a seat was $75.00 and that was 5 years ago.Came across 1 other seat since that time.
Take a look in my albums, I have a couple of picutes in the Victoria Restoration Album of seat parts. My seats are disassembled, as a matter of fact my whole car is .
If you need additional picures send me a PM.
the 190A is a Victoria. The deluxe phaeton is a 180A. the seat hardware is identical for early 190A style seats and the 180A as shown in the drawing.
The later style Victoria seats had different hinges for the passenger seats & a sliding mechanism for the drivers seat, similar to those use on the A400 convertible sedan, and I think the deluxe tudor.
My Victoria is a late 31. The driver's seat sits on a floor mounted rail. Under the front edge of the seat is a handle that when lifted up allows the seat to slide forward and aft. The front passenger seat is attached to the floor by two brackets in the front using two removable pins. The seat can be tilted forward and stood on its head to allow more room for rear seat passengers to enter and exit.
