Model A truck what is it?

The first photo if it shows that it is not a solid metal top. I clearly see daylight showing through it. The cab once had a fabric top covering. My guess is that the CCPU is an accumulation of parts, leaning towards a 1930 or 1931.

The late 31 pickups could have:

Metal Top or Fabric Top
Wide Bed or Narrow bed
Indented Firewall or Flat Firewall

Or any combination of the above. Ford was famous for "using up" existing parts which contributed to this mix match. My PU has Metal Top, Indented Firewall, Narrow Bed.

and Mine is soft top, indented firewall and widebed.

Mine is on the right, because the guys who assembled it were big and wanted more room.

In the Model A era, most folks entered their car from the curb or passenger side. I always tell folks who are on the big side to try it, they might like it, and to always enter head first unlike the approach to most modern (lowered) cars.

And my 31 is soft top, flat firewall and narrow bed. There was a running change in mid-31. Instant? Hell no, it was Henry's company. However, the later the 31, the more apt it is to have the main differences I mentioned. I'd think the more populated the area where it's found the more likely it would be to follow the general info I mentioned. This would of course eliminate farmers, repair shops, hot rodders, car/truck "flippers", assembled-from-spares examples, several "rare" exceptions, ad nauseum.
