Trico Vacuum wiper. The model appears to be a: TR-C1A according
to the Model A Judging Standards manual. 3/8" shaft.
The TR-C1A was used on most closed car models from 1930-31.
The model does not appear to be stamped on the wiper.
The wiper has been rebuilt and works fine. I attached a hose to the inlet,
and sucked air. The shaft/paddle turns freely and reverses as expected at the end of the stroke.
Painted black and ready to install.
