Model A Tool Box

I was given some nice parts yesterday and in the lot was an original condition tool box. I was told that it was for a Model A. I think that it is actually for the T but none the less it is really nice. Even came with a bunch of tools. I have seen the front mounted tool box on the A and of course the tool pouch, but did Ford make a tool box or was there an accessory one? Thanks!

Running board tool boxes were accessory items offered by stores such as Western Auto, Montgomery Wards, Sears Roebuck, etc.

At the Gilmore A meet last September I saw several A's with tool boxes mounted between the inner front bumper supports and in front of the radiator splash shield. They were supported by flat stock bent in a U shaped bolted to the frame by the bumper iron bolts. Built one for my car and very pleased with it. Out of the way yet handy. Sorry I can't include a picture right now.
