Here is a Model A Slant Windshield Cowl with a S/W Windshield Frame. Aside from surface rust it appears to be a pretty solid Henry Steel component. Written on the windshield frame is "Vicky". $450 removes it from my garage and puts it in yours. This must be picked up in the Pasadena California area. Thanks for looking.
