Model A Radiator Question

Hey Im going to replace the radiator on my 29 phaeton. Im wondering whats better FLAT TUBE or ROUND TUBE??? Also are the radiators with more fins per inch better??? Also Has any one bought a new radiator from Mac's or Snyder's?? Is there any aditional parts I should buy or any assembly required???

Better is a subjective thing, it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Round tubes are more correct but flat tubes are more efficient. more fins might cool more but may be unnecessary.

Ryan. I have been told that Berg's makes the best quality and fit radiator. There have been many posts about his radiator on the forum.

Just had a Berg's round tube sent to me in Australia. Very happy with it, I would fit it soon as it cools down outside, it will be 108 tomorrow

I would not consider any other radiator BUT Bergs, had one installed in my Fordor and have not had one concern since that day!!! Well worth it!

USA, 'factory direct' is the only way to buy... When I need my next it will most definitely Bergs...
