Your mixture is to lean for operating conditions when cold. Mine will do the same thing. Enrich the mixture slightly until it warms up. I usually leave the GAV 1/2 a turn open until it is accelerated up to cruise speed in cold weather, then close it altogether. Where I live once up to cruise, it will be there for several miles. By then she is warm and ready to go for the next cycle.
