Model A Humor?

Humor?

I'm the first to find humor in things and am frequently accused of laughing at things that are not funny.... but ....this is one of those things I do not find funny.

It's about as funny as coming back to the truck to find the gas nozzle, with 40 gallons already pumped, stuck in my diesel fuel tank. (the fuel cap is bright green and says DIESEL)

or

About as humorous as the flight line fueler that put JET-A fuel in my P-210 because it said TURBO on the side. (for those non-aviation types - TURBO is simply a turbocharged, or turbo-normalized, gasoline engine, whereas a TURBINE is what eats JET-A. (And this despite bright blue 100 Octane Low Lead Only rings around both filler holes.)

None of them caused damage... mine both caused major delays.

If it had stopped with the "can't find where to put the gas in"..... that is amusing.

Almost as funny as "ME" adding windshield washer fluid to the radiator overflow tank on my Explorer.

Geeeeesh, it was dark! Come on!

Was the dipper tray a reference to chewing tobacco? I thought the second story was a lil humorous. I can just picture the faces on both those people when they realized what happened with the gas.

I learned a new word...

Recrudescence: a new outbreak after a period of abatement or inactivity.

It goes to the medical - although its use is not limited to that.
