what year is cross member from and do you still have it

Yes, I still have it.
I was told that it was late 28 through 1929 because of the section that is higher (rises) than the frame rail rivit area.

I hope to verify the year.

I am pretty sure it is a 28 or 29. I need a 30 or 31 the radiator is shorter on the 28 - 29 than on 30 - 31. thanks
