Model A Frame

Can you post a closeup of the front cross member, especially, the top where the radiator bolts would be. This would help identify the year per judging stds as I am looking for a Nov '28 - Sept '29. Can you also post a picture with it laying flat on a concrete slab? This picture would also show the frame horns better. Thx.
 
This frame is April 1930 or later. It has the later style emergency brake cross shaft with the cross shaft support going to the center crossmember.
