Model A Ford Rear Spare Tyre Mounting Bolt Set

Caught in the curse of international postage!
Can some one please advise the size of the bolts used to mount the Rear Spare Tyre Carrier on a 35A please? Especially if it is UNC or UNF. I can purchase bolts locally but I don't want to damage the thread on what appears to be a clinch nut for the lower two bolts. (Previous owner just used a smaller size bolt all the way through.)

According to my October 1, 1929 Parts Price List the bottom two bolts are:
A-20965............3/8 - 24 x 13/16" Cad Plated Hex

Top bolt is:
A-21133............7/16 - 20 x 1 3/4 Hex

Also listed are the bottom bolt washers:
3/8 (3/32 x 21/32) lock washer (B.E.) black enamel
