Model "A" Ford Clubs

No more clubs for me, thanks.

Elders rule. Say they want younger folks in club, and to work things like they are now tired of doing. They don't really mean it. Can't let go of power and pride.

Can run a B engine in an A, but not the transmission. But perfectly fine to put in a modern OD synchronized trans in, guess it proves you have 2500-3000 dollars to burn. I'm impressed...

Just curious Jack. Is your car stock? Maybe that is what influenced him to build a Hot Rod?

Didn't they call them "Go Jobs" in 'The good old days'?

Although I am his journeyman I didn't (and wont) try to sway his opinion..he's built other project cars,he knows to build to his taste. Model A based souped up,post war style,no chop is mine,he hasn't decided on.power yet.for his,but he is Zeeing the frame, running juice brakes and a dropped front axle ..he's.also.looking at.the sawzall...breaks my heart but I keep my mouth shut.

Yep,mitchell od,weber carb and turnsignals are ok..
