Model A FIRE safety suggestions

Where I live, every home MUST be fitted with a device that detects any leak to earth and shuts down the power supply if one happens, no matter how slight. I wouldn't be without it.
In the workshop, I suggest everybody gets stuff like paint, thinners etc out of there. I keep mine in a separate shed which has no power connected and is removed from the house. Don't ask why I do that!

I believe that is arc fault, the nec is now the international code where we are all fallow the same electrical rules

Hi:

This is a great list that we all need to check. Lets be safe and keep our beloved A's on the road. Thanks for sharing.

Don't think I saw this mentioned yet. Don't use a copper gas line! Copper has poor fatigue strength and can crack under prolonged vibration.

Also don't splice in a fuel filter with rubber connections into the fuel line (mentioned previously but deserves repeating).
