Can anyone tell me how the rubber with the cresent shape on one side goes in relation to the brass clips. Also how do you stuff all this into the door bracket. Does he rubber go in first or the brass. The car is a 30 model a coupe.
 
If you are trying to use repop rubbers it near impossible unless you do some carving. I found them to be oversized and wrong shaped. I think I used a grinder to reshape until they fit then squeezed the original bronze/brass clips in. The repop clip are in the round file.
