Model A diamond head

Hello All,
First post on this forum, mostly over your sister site.
Have questions on Model A diamond head I have, putting the diamond head next to a 28 Canadian "A" head off my motor, the heads look near identical in chambers but the big difference is in the water passages, the diamond has a lot more "meat" under the chambers.
As I will be having this head shaved, ideally what is the maximum amount that can be removed on a standard head before the head is scrapped?
Hoping this A diamond head can be shaved at least to 80 thousand.

I have milled the stock head as much as .100 but didn't gain anything by doing it except I ruined a good head. The combustion chamber is where you get the most out of these heads and there is no way to change that in a stock head.

Thanks James, had a look at the number on the head, it 161048, if that's a date code it must have been one of the very last replacements.
