'What', --or want? If it is "What", then may I ask 'what' would be the purpose Bruce? I apologize but I guess I don't understand. Aren't we each given an area with albums to post pictures or images of our cars in so other can browse through them? If that is the case, why does everyone need to do it in the forum too? What am I missing??

Why????? What this forum doesn't need is a bunch of pictures of forum members cars taking up band width.:(

Maybe an ego booster for some, but on balance a real waste of time.

Doesn't even seem very tactful to me. It's right out in plain sight. And then the guy gets pounced on for mis-spelling a word when it's pretty obvious what he meant. Too bad. It sounded like a good idea to me. Don/WI
 
Ole JD has thrown tantrum's like this in the past, He's really a nice guy.
He will be ok in the morning, If you know what i mean ;).

Simply put model a car show in the header
and If someone wants to look (like me) They can look or not . Some of us will because it interests us ,others can pass it up and look at posting that they like! :)

Don, I hope you realize my remark was facetious; to make a point.

This site is well designed to accomodate varied interests.

And I don't think the bandwidth is in jeapordy. *said facetiously* ;)

No, not really. You never leave theFordbarn site to look at that person's pictures. When you click on someone's name, it lets you view their "About Me" & stats. If they have an Album, you can see their pictures there.

If you want to look at pictures in general, in the top of the main page you will see a tab called Community and a pull-down tab called Pictures & Albums where you can open it to look at all the pictures. Plenty there to look at.

Well, well, Well, got up this morning, beautiful day, went to check Fordbarn and now see that the grinch that stole Christmas is at it again, tell everyone what, ( get it ) we have had a car show everyyear, now one person seems to be in charge of every thread, ( like a bully at elementary school ) so when I receive my instruction manuel for Christmas for the NEW Brent Ford Barn I will try to live up to his requirements. Next year. Bruce
 
I enjoy seeing and reading about other peoples cars on ford barn. If we have one who don't, just place your finger on top of your mouse give it a spin and temp and pressure will return to a safe opperating range. 28 ford
 
Sometimes I think we forget how harsh the written word can be. I can read a post and think the person is smiling while typing it. I can also read the same post and think the person is yelling at the computer as he types it. Also remember that for some of us this might be the only contact to the outside world. Maybe someone is stuck in a wheel chair or is sick with cancer. So to everyone, think before you post. ... lets change our oil and motor down the road.
