model a closed cab pickup-doors

i was wondering if any one had the precise door measurements including thickness at belt line of the model a door closed cab pickup? probably asked quite a few times.but i need all measurements for everything.
i am building a pickup cab made entirely of oak and plywood so the measurements have to be really good. can you guys and gals help me?
i want a four inch chop on top plus channeled the width of the 2x4 frame.
HELP PLEASE.
 
Are we talking '28-'29 or '30-'31 style cab. I have three '31s if I can be of any help

i was going with the 28-29 cab,but the 30-31 maybe of help.
man would i ever like to get a hold of any of them,then again i'm 4000 miles from you.
