Model A chassi seat, gas tank

I am needing to construct a running chassi, seat, fire wall, and something to hold a small gas tank. I looks like I also need to support my steering wheel. I have seen people make a run-about with wooden seat, and fire wall. This is just temporary. Please post some pictures. Love this forum.

Iv'e done that three times to test run restored chassis. I made the seat out of a 2x12 bolted to the frame with a short back on it so I wouldn't slide off. Then I bolted a 1x4 or 1x6 to the side if the frame to mount the coil, ameter, gas can, and ignition switch to. I'm planning to do it again in a few weeks but this time I think I'll also attach a seat belt to the seat so I don't fall off as I now live in a hilly neighborhood. Be careful and have fun. Sorry I don't have any pictures.

Here is what mine looked like. Just make sure the seat is bolted and don't go too crazy with the seat like we did, just be sure its bolted down. I wore a helmet when driving this because it just felt unnatural. Also not shown in these but we did add a welded bracket to hold the steering column which bolted the the fender mounts and clamped column with fuel line covered u-bolt. Careful though, driving it like this made me really want a roadster for my next project.

I used a white plastic lawn chair, discarded at the town dump, which I bolted to 3/4 plywood attached to the chassis.

Similar deal dif ride,36 ford i'm doing for my wife, plywood 2 bucket seats, NO NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH , her 1st ride was exciting to say the least ! Be careful !

Ignore the mess, but this is what I've rigged up. The ammeter mount is pattened. The seat in the background is the 3rd seat out of a Suburban with a 2x4 frame put under it. Put it all together in a couple hours.
