My wife got this for me off of Amazon for my birthday. I'll be 80 on Sept 8. Interesting inside cover is a name handwritten "Don King" 1988. Inside front cover has written notes about different model a's that someone had sold or done work on. Also has a sheet from Harry's Early Ford Parts, Rogue River, Oregon, with hand written notes about different model A styles and trim info. Anybody know Don King from Oregon area. Great reference book.
 
Harry's store was located for many years in Redding, CA so a (very) northern California connection is possible. Harry made the replacement light switch rods for many years.
 
Nice What a wife!! I used to buy from Harry's years ago. Didn't know Don King tho.

There was a Don King who belonged to the MAFCA who lived in Grants Pass, Oregon. Passed a couple of years ago.
 
Bill Harry moved from Redding, CA. to Rogue River, Oregon to go full time on Model A parts.He and Millie were in our club Henry's Lady for years until they passed. Don King was in our club and was a local(born in Selma, Or.) and was a fisheries biologist for the Forest Service. Don passed away in 2022 or 2023. He was a good guy and a good Model Aer.
