I suggest you get a copy of the restoration guidelines from the Early Ford V8 Club (earlyfordv8.org). I am fairly certain it has chips.

There are several color combination charts in the '33 - '34 Restoration Manual and color photos through out the book. Money well spent.

Go here http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/ and select 1934 Ford in the search and the color chart will come up. The colors are not very vivid on the website though.
