For sale
Mitchell 2-speed conversion. Its now assembled into a late 1932 Ford rear axle assembly as pictured. Would sell just the mitchell components, or the complete setup. I took it out yesterday, because there is a howling when driving in both high and low. Had the rear apart, and replaced all the bearings, ring and pinion look excellent, dial indicated and shimmed as per called for. It still howls, and I'm putting in another complete setup that doesent. I would like to see the best offer for the mitchell stuff over$1000.00. Will ship the mitchell stuff, but not the complete rear end, that must be picked up.
