Missing overdrive parts

I have an overdrive mounted in a '51. Everything is done except the cable attachment to the control arm on the OD. How does the cable attach?? Looking at various parts manuals there seems to be some sort of bushing involved. I called Mac's transmission but they couldn't help.

Any help??
