HI:

Does anyone have the daily Production figures for the Milwaukee Ford Plant as there are or is that type of figures for the Model "T's". So I just thought that someone would have the book that those figures are in for the Model A's.

The book is called the ( Michigan Maufacturer and Financial Record ) as of coarse I would need the years that the Model A's were being built like from 1927 to 1932 books. But does anyone have that book or books as the daily production figures are suppose to be in that book.

And if you do have those books can you E-Mail to me the Figures at modelasuzzie@gmail.com as I don't have the book and can't get the book or books at all. As this is the only way I can get those figures. But there has to be someone out there that has these books.

And I have seen the Model "T" Figures already and they were by the month but didn't cover just one Plant or Branch Plant and it was by the month and not daily like I'm looking for. So I have to keep looking for those figures as well.

Thanks Reggiedog

1. First of all...just how did you learn about that "book"? If it was a "printed" book, it should be at the Ford Motor Company's Archive Library...and if not there in some state depository or national depository. Try the Michigan State University or University of Michigan Library's.

And if you do have those books can you E-Mail to me the Figures at modelasuzzie@gmail.com as I don't have the book and can't get the book or books at all. As this is the only way I can get those figures. But there has to be someone out there that has these books.

1. Why can't you get the book? If you know about it...then just where is it? If you can get the book, it would probably be better than having someone print the "day to day" production figures for you...that is one hell of a lot of printing to do.

Please tell us just how you leared about this book...We all want to know!

reggiedog: Just curious, Why are you just interested in the Milwaukee Assy Plant??? IF you have Mil info, will you share, since several of us (Barners) would be very interested. Jim Langley...

Steve,

I Got a Email by someone the other day and was told that this one book, had the day to day Production figures in it. It's the book called ( The Model T Ford that changed the world ). By Bruce ???? And so I put a ad to see if I could get those figures on the Model T club of America, I got the Production figures the other day. And there by NO means the Day to Day Figures, for the Milwaukee Plant at all. They might be the Figures for the Month maybe but at least they have the Milwaukee Figures on it.

As I was waiting for you to send me the figures that you said you would, I started to look around for other things. As I have the Benson Research looking for me, for allot of other stuff already on the Milwaukee Plant. I just thought I would try to find a few other things, on my own on here and other places. It wouldn't work on here so I will try and P.M. it to you.

I did find a link to digital copies of editions but I think they're more related to the T era and not the A era (at least in the digital copies)
https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/000048054
I tried narrowing down the search to 1931 and I got many hits for boat builders and other products but I didn't see the A's mentioned in my cursory search.

If anyone comes across the figures for the Somerville, MA, assembly plant, I'd be interested in them.

ModAfan,

I think I have some info on that plant but it's not much.

I think it's the Opening or Closing of that Plant but I'm not even sure I have it anymore but I will look and see if I still have it.

Or do you already have that information as that info is normally the first things you find when you research a Plant.

I just don't have the Daily figures for that Plant or any kind of figures for that mater that you are looking for. As I wish I had the Figures for mine but I have so much stuff to find on mine yet it's unreal.

One can get the following through the Ford Archives:

Monthly Assembly Record Type Documents:

1927...0
1928...0
1929...October and November
1930...January thru November
1931...January thru December
1932...January thru December

Yearly Assembly Record Type Documents

1927 thru 1932

These documents show all the assembly plants and their production figures.

These are what my two books are baised on soon to come out.

There is no day to day sheets that I am aware of at the Ford Archives...but then????
