Milling a Snyder head

Does anyone know the magic number to mill a 5.5:1 Snyder head to reach 6.0:1? I have been told two numbers, .030 and .050.

Firerod.I had .070 milled off my snyders head and with the .080 overbore I was told by Schwalm's Babbitted bearings this would make a 6.1 or 6.2 compression.All I know is it will drag my 30 tudor down the road with no problem.
