Is there any difference in the axle shafts that were fitted to military vehicles compared to passenger vehicles?
 
If this is in reference to military cars or commercial cars (light pickups) that have banjo type rear axles then there is no difference. Jeeps, G8T trucks, and CMP trucks & the like all have different axles anyway.
