metric conversion for 6.00 x 16 tire

What is the metric conversion for a 6.00 x 16 tire? What metric size tube would it take?

6" X 25.4 mm/in = 152.4mm
16" X 25.4mm/in= 406.4mm

Joe, You ain't helping, the rim size is always quoted in inches even for radial tyres, where the width is quoted in mm.

The nearest metric size using radial tire conventional dimensions would be a 165/95R16 but that's not a recognized tire size and I don't think anyone makes such a critter. If you are looking for a radial tire that's equivalent to a 6.00 x 16, Coker Tire and perhaps others sell a 600R16 that has the same dimensions as the 6.00 x 16 bias ply tire.
