If you need Type A a 50/50 mix of Dexron and F gets you close to the original.
And if you have the transmission rebuilt check twice before adding type F its probably designed for Dexron after the rebuild.
And clutch material in the old ford setups was asbestos reinforced so be careful working with it.
 
Way over my little head... I will just wait til I find a regular 3 speed manual 1/2 ton truck ******. Cant be that hard to find
