Members avatar photos .....

Quite often I see interesting members avatar photos of their Model A and wish that I could click on it to get a bigger picture but never works .Does this forum have that function that can be turned on ?

On my Mac, I can control-click on the image which opens up a number of options including to "save image as" and "open image in new tab." But the photo is not any bigger that the original. If you have a Windows computer then look for the combination of keys that gives you the same options or try a search on Google.

I guess this a question for the admin .I have run a couple of forums years ago and know that usely this feature[original image] can be activated .
Always enjoy looking at other Model A's other than my own .

One option would be to send a private message (PM) to a member who's avatar you admire asking for a copy of their photo.

When you create the avatar for your profile it's part of the program that the image must first be reduced to smaller than 160 X 160 pixels (or 19.5 Kb). If you really want a larger copy of one of these images the suggestion above probably wouldn't bother most members if they still have access to a larger size photo.

I think there already is a thread to post a photo of your car(s).

If you have picture albums in your own profile that are of your avatar image then they appear larger when viewing.....

Saving the avatar is pretty useless. They have very poor resolution when enlarged. I blew Al's28/33 up 500% which was about the size of a normal photo. Here's what you get. I do like animated Avatars.......

The avatar image is so small when
you click on it a magnifying glass
is needed to see what it is …

I had a hard time finding a small
image with any degree of resolution
to use as an avatar …
