Mechanical Questions

"I am wanting to take out the oil filler tube and get it blasted and powder coated, i read every where that it is pressed in."

It is a friction-fit connection unless PO epoxied it in place. Mine was loose enough rock it back and forth while pulling upward and it came right out. Cleaned, painted and sealed it in place with Permatex #2 hardening sealer.

As Chris W mentioned, sand blasting is not a good idea. Best to soak it in mineral spirits or drop it in a ultrasonic cleaner.
