We just got back yesterday from a terrific convention!
Lotsa sweet cars, great weather & everything I saw in my 2 available days (too short) confirmed the Lion's Gate club was doing a super job!
In the repair area was 2 cars with heads on the ground & fellas grouped around scratching their own...
...further over was some poor bloke with his rear axle detached. From what I gather some good samaritan had gone home to unbolt his rebuilt axle from a car so the fella could drive back home (think he was from Kansas)
I attended some seminars and took pictures at random of Model A's in the parking lots and about the city.
It seemed there was Model A's EVERYWHERE!
Sadly, the blue ribbon cars, which I REALLY wanted to see up close "eluded" me... They were either locked up, touring or being judged everytime I tracked em down... then suddenly it was time for us to leave.
None of these car pictures are taken with ideal lighting conditions & my camera skills are lacking(in fact they suck).
Nevertheless, my intention was to capture various colour combinations on real life cars and the random light conditions just add to the variety...all good fodder when trying to decide a colour combination.
