Mac's Parts - Again......

ALL: I recently purchased an accelerator pedal for my '51 Ford PU from Mac's and the part fits perfectly, looks exactly like the original, functions perfectly and was installed in less then three minutes.

Ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday - received on Thursday.

I am as quick as the next person to complain when parts do not meet my expectations - but I feel equally that we should give credit when and where due.

Sure is nice, to see someone "praise" a quality product and great service, on a forum. Too bad this type of sales experience, wasn't more common these days.;)
 
My experiences with Macs, over the last 30 years, has been 99% good. Yep, they slip up once in a while, but most of the time they do a fine job.

I ordered the same part from Mac's for my `51 pickup. It was heavy built and of good quality. I think I mentioned it here too.

I have my `51 loaded up on the car dolly. Buddy and Logan came out and helped with the hood, thank goodness! It is all done as far as the engine swap except the exhaust. The dual Smitty's will be installed tomorrow! I am happy that project is behind me.

As a side note i do buy some parts from Mac's,but i usually know which parts are good and the bad i dont order.I get good service and quick delivery. Thanks Rick for the call back and to Jon L. also. ken ct
