Hotels and restaurants, yes and they are fine. The Swap meet is maybe 75 booths, so a one day venture. The quality of the vendors' goodies is up there, not just worn out junk, so worth the drive.

Plenty of good food. Takes a couple of hours to see it all, Call that your first lap around the place.
Many spend the entire day shopping.
The meet has always had a lot of T parts, But the A and early V8 parts are increasing each year.
If your looking for nos parts, vintage accessories, good Quality A parts then this is the place.
Look on YouTube, a couple of good videos of the swap meet.
Friends have told me that they find and buy more parts from this meet than they do at Hershey, I must agree with them.

It likely has been known as a T meet because Bill and Dennis and their local Model-T club are the ones that put it on. There has always been some Model-A stuff there, and generally there is brass-era stuff too. What I have always noticed is one year there will be an abundance of an item, and then the following year you might not even see one of that same item. Always seems to be hit or miss. Like Fred is saying, there is many NOS or good quality merchandise hat shows up however it generally does not last long.
