Seattle. Looks like the driver may have run over something. Why is the hood not setting correctly on the radiator shell? There is also a dent in the left (port) front fender and the front bumper is off at a funny angle. Maybe, since the truck is with City Light, it hit and ran over a light pole.

I assumed it is a lever type jack like they use on race cars. Also, is the radiator shell merely gone?

I think it took a few lumps.Around here first thought would be it tangled with a deer.Could have rear ended somebody,in something big enough so that most of the bumper slid under it.Or,somebody might have backed something into it.Those axle dollies were popular back then for straight axle cars.Roll it under,rock it down,and lift the front of the car.
