Lug bolt removal / replacement

 My '37 uses the stock wide five rims and drums. I came across a rear hub/drum assembly with one lug bolt that needs to be replaced, it's condition is way beyond repair. The drum, however, tuns true and has little wear. Can anyone recommend a specific place in the Tampa area who could remove and re-swedge a new lug bolt onto this drum? The bolt is 1/2 x 20 and I have some spares but no tools to remove /replace it.
Thanks in advance for your time.
Rich

You should be able to press the bolt out in a vise or any shop with a hydraulic press. Use a piece of pipe as a spacer/backer so you don't distort the drum. The "new" bolt should have knurles (sic) on the shank portion. It's not "swedged" into place just a "squeeze" fit.

i believe that it is swedged and if you attempt to press the lug blot out without first cutting the swedged portion, you will render the drum useless.

Drill it from the back, (to remove the flange) push it out from the back, will never hurt the drum... Karl
