Appears to be lower fender support bracket with crank hole. Not sure what year or positive it is Ford other than markings written on it. I am thinking early 30's maybe but have not seen one like it anywhere so might be odd ball or something that fits nothing. Good shape. If someone needs one I am sure they will know. $125/bo split shipping cost to lower 48.
