Lost my marbles

There are always tradeoffs.
My favorite summertime event is a steam show and threshing (and sawing and shelling and etc.) meet that allows me to enter free if I drive an old car. $12 savings for my wife and me.
I try to get there every year -- I love the 12 o'clock whistle, which lasts for five minutes or more and joins the screeching whistles from 15 or 20 steam tractors. It's a hoot! Seriously!!
So, Saturday we came back to the car, which was parked between a '27 T with a turtle deck and another '30 Roadster, to discover lines traced in the dust on the fenders and rear deck lid. They were skinny lines at about the height of a little Model A-admirer. No big deal. Some kid was getting an early feel for my favorite car.
It was a good thing.
I was half way home when I noticed that the visor over the Roadster's curbside headlight was missing it's red marble and it's little sst "belt." Darn! Now it matches, in a syncopated way, the roadside cowl light visor, which has been marbleless for a couple thousand miles.
So, the reason for my post is to wonder whether one of you guys might have a parts bin filled with red marbles and little sst belts? I'd sure hate to buy a whole new set when I only need two marbles and about 3 inches of stainless.
????

There is a kid in Sycamore who probably has a bin full of these. They may show up on Craig's list soon............ Gar Williams

Check the size. You'll have to figure out what to do with the other 98 marbles. Spares?? Not exactly right? About 100 other places on the net also sell sell glass balls.

For the stainless strip try a hobby shop or carefully cut them with sharp tinsnips from a $2.99 polished SS dog bowl from the pet store. Go rogue while you're there and buy that ferret. You know you always wanted a weasel.
