Lost my finger prints

If you want to do dirty just go to a body shop and ask to help with paint prep....my finger prints are so far gone and the tips are as smooth as a baby's butt! Has to be done and these Birds are a long ways around!

The pay off on this Bird. The right side had a light rub starting in the middle of the door to the rear of the quarter. Replaced the rear 10" of the roof (p.o. had filled the rusted areas with expanding foam and a ton of mud), top of both quarters and part of the drivers side sail, patches infront of both rear wheel wells, both front floor pans and the bottom of the right front fender. Wish I had taken pics of the damage to the top, it was really over the top!

It hurts when you try to pick things up when the skin gets thin, doesn't it?? Been there...

Wrap you fingers with masking tape before sanding. It will save your finger tips.

Got a little shiney on it....the roof has a color close to the SMS vinyl top because the fellow who will be installing this high dollar item wanted paint not the urethane primer.....

Love that color, my 64 convt is rangoon red only because thats what it was, good luck
