Anyone know where I can send out my front door hinges to get line reamed and an oversize hinge pin made?

Mac's has oversize door hinge pins they are .340 diameter, You could then ream it with an 11/32” High Speed Chucking Reamers they are $ 6.25 from Wholesale tools http://www.wttool.com/index/page/product/product_id/34240/category_id/14691/product_name/Straight+Flute+High+Speed+Chucking+Reamers+%28WT%29.
If I were to do it I would use the old standard pin or a new standard pin and insert it half way up from the bottom to stabilize the joint, clamp the joint with a couple small blocks of wood and a C clamp, drill the Joint out with a 5/16" then a 21/64" drill bit and then finish ream with the .11/32" reamer, when you drill though the hinge the old pin will be pushed out you could repeat that with the drill bit by inserting the drill bit chuck end up in the joint from the bottom if you think it moved or for good measure. It might be best to get the Pin first, check it with a Micrometer and then order the size reamer you need an 11/32” would give you .34375” reamers are available from Mcmaster Carr in .0005 increments a .341” reamer from them would be $25.51 http://www.mcmaster.com/#chucking-reamers/=j2xxb2 I am assuming the .340” pins were made to be reamed with an 11/32” reamer. I am sure some one has done this maybe they would loan you the reamer.

I decided to let my favorite machine do it for me. I ordered a 19/64 chucking reamer and will let the machine shop make a custom pin for me. Charlie doesn't charge me much.

I picked 19/64 since I don't want to ream out any more than necessary. The driver's side upper hinge had a hole wallowed out about that size.
