I sent DWAINE LUCKOW of Oregon $285 back in April. Now his phone doesn't work. He came highly recommended. I'm not so certain i would agree. He managed to cash the check promptly.
 
:mad:thats not cool, and that is why I use U.S.P.S. money orders, if the check gets cashed and no parts are delivered, the U.S. Goverment goes after you.

Kube, there's a special place in HELL for people like that. Would like to see a list of losers that pull this crap. We all work our tails off to pay for our extra activities. I got a tight monthly budget for my latest restoration and getting hosed for more than a hund. would hurt.:eek: LOL.
 
There will always be that 10 percent that makes it bad for the honest person.Hopefully they will get caught up with.:mad:
 
Mike, I bought a repro drip rail from Dwaine and he was prompt with shipping it. Pricey, but nice piece. Perhaps he ill or on vacation? Try snail mail.

Not likely. I had a guy named Normand Fontaine in the San Jose, CA area burn me for $275. I used a USPS money order and went back to the post office to let them know. Never heard another thing from the USPS and that was 8 months ago.

It's off to small claims court.

I'd like to think there is a problem other than cheating. I did hear Dwaine is a good guy.
 
this can happen on ebay ,or any where happen to me some years ago .I got my money back with the help of the city attorney office 650.00 took a year .David/D you have the town,start there. Harold,Ca.
